The inspiration for Molini London was sparked by a stunning video of two ladies wearing beautiful satin dresses casually walking down a Parisian street. There was an instant recognition & acceptance that satin is a timeless fabric. Founder & creative director, Stuart Tingini, decided to start a luxury satin and silk brand -partly named after his dearest mother and his beloved city. Added to the team was creative consultant, Kaela Katz, who has vast experience in dealing with sustainable fabrics and has an MA in fashion. Later added to the team was Elena Colli – a fashion design graduate and experienced fashion designer based in London. The three different backgrounds provided an enrichment of ideas & creativity, which were all valuable in bringing each piece to fruition.
